Silver Fern Farms (SFF) is New Zealand's leading producer and exporter of premium grass-fed red meat, specializing in beef, lamb, and venison. Founded in 1948, Silver Fern Farms partners with over 16,000 farmers and processes 30% of all New Zealand lamb, beef, and venison from 14 processing sites. SFF exports to 60 countries the largest being China and USA.
